Excellent work everyone! This subdural is about 3 or 4 days old.
There is acute hemorrhage with intact red blood cells. The fibroblasts are proliferating forming a layer 2 or 3 cell layers thick. There is also a bit of hemosiderin deposition.
There is hemosiderin deposition and beginning organisation (capillaries), so i think this is at around 3 days old (?).
